2023

Lehrlingsauftakt im Doppelpack

Am 1. September durften wir wieder zwei Auszubildende zum Elektroniker Fachrichtung Automatisierungstechnik in unserem Team willkommen heißen.

Laura hat in der 8. Klasse am Girls Day bei uns teilgenommen, durch ein freiwilliges Schnupperpraktikum war dann endgültig für sie klar, dass sie eine Ausbildung in der HEI tec.familie absolvieren möchte. Auch Simon hat ein Schulpraktikum bei uns durchgeführt und bereits während der Ferienarbeit in den letzten Monaten bei uns die Welt in der Automatisierungstechnik für sich entdeckt.

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass wir wieder junge Menschen zu unseren zukünftigen Fachkräften selber ausbilden dürfen und wünschen den beiden weiterhin viel Freude und Erfolg in ihrem Berufsleben.

company outing

Auch heuer war es wieder soweit und so konnten wir nahezu alle Mitarbeiter im April zu einem unserer gemeinsamen Events begrüßen. Unser Ziel war es dieses Mal, dass wir die durch unsere Arbeit erstellten Vorprodukte im praktischen Einsatz zu Gesicht bekommen. Und wo wäre dies besser und näher zu realisieren als in der Show-Brauereri der „Camba Bavaria“ im Chiemgau.

2022

Lehrlingsauftakt

This year we are looking forward to a new apprentice as an electronics technician specializing in automation technology!

Leonhard has already completed his school internship with us, in which he was once again encouraged in his career aspirations. Managing Director Helmut Heizinger and Workshop Manager Harald Kronseder warmly welcomed Leonhard to our family business and wish him a good start and much success in the working world.

Anniversary

Since May 2022, Mr. Bauer can look back on ten years of service with the company. Since then, Mr. Bauer has made a significant contribution to the company's success. Managing Director Helmut Heizinger congratulated him and thanked him very much for his commitment. Mr. Bauer is team leader of the project planning department and competent contact person for the customers located in Germany and abroad.
Together with his 15 colleagues he is a very important part in the family business HEI tec.automation Heizinger GmbH.

In die Welt der Automatisierungstechnik einzutauchen, war auch dieses Jahr wieder bei uns möglich und dank der Hilfe und Unterstützung der Werkstatt-Kollegen konnte man einen Teil des Ausbildungsberufes „Elektronikerin für Automatisierungstechnik“ näher kennenlernen.

Teamstärkung! Nachdem man lange nichts mehr gemeinsam unternehmen konnte, war es jetzt endlich wieder soweit. Wir verbrachten einen tollen Nachmittag in der Jochen Schweizer Arena, mit „Flugunterricht“ im Windkanal und bester Versorgung. Vielen Dank an unser gesamtes Team für einen rundum schönen Tag.

In August, a special switchgear left our premises and set off on a journey to the other side of the world - we are conquering Australia.

Girls' Day

Girls' Day is a day of action that takes place once a year to motivate girls and women to take up technical and scientific professions.

This year, girls were once again able to immerse themselves in the world of automation technology for industry and buildings at HEI tec.automation Heizinger GmbH.

Mit Hilfe und Unterstützung der Werkstatt-Kollegen konnten sie ihren eigenen Schaltschrank verdrahten und somit einen Teil des Ausbildungsberufes „Elektronikerin für Automatisierungstechnik“ näher kennenlernen.

Anniversary

Recently, Mr. Schmidt was honored for ten years of service. Mr. Schmidt has been employed almost since the foundation of the company and is therefore a member of the team from the very beginning. Managing Director Helmut Heizinger congratulated him and thanked him very much for his commitment and for helping to build up the company. Mr. Schmidt is responsible for the development of the control systems and databases and is a very important part together with his 14 colleagues in the family business HEI tec.automation Heizinger GmbH.
