2024

10 years member of our company

The teamleader of our service division Mr. Kronseder has been with the company for ten years since July 2024. As part of a small celebration, he was presented with a thank-you gift for his tireless efforts. Together with the members of his team, Mr Kronseder ensures customised switch cabinet production and coordinated service deployment on our construction sites in Germany and abroad. The entire team of over 20 colleagues at the family-run company HEI tec.automation Heizinger GmbH celebrated his anniversary with him.

Girls'Day am 25.04.2024

On 25 of April, we are once again offering participation in Girls' Day. We will be giving interested girls and young women their first insights into the world of "electronics technician for automation technology", which is still considered to be a profession in which mostly men have worked up to now.

However, young women are also very much in demand here, as our female quota of almost 30% in the company proves.

Contact stock exchange of technic school

On 7 March, we attended the contact fair at the technical college of further education in Altötting.

We were very pleased that we were able to give the future generation of technicians their first insights into the exciting fields of activity at our company.

As a special HEI light, we analysed the visitors to our stand using state-of-the-art camera technology.

2023

Apprentice kick-off with a double pack

On 1 September, we were once again able to welcome two electronics technician trainees specialising in automation technology to our team.

Laura took part in Girls' Day with us in Year 8, and a voluntary taster internship finally made it clear to her that she wanted to complete an apprenticeship at HEI tec.family. Simon also completed a school internship with us and discovered the world of automation technology for himself during his holiday work with us in the last few months.

We are delighted that we are once again able to train young people to become our future specialists and wish them continued enjoyment and success in their careers.

company outing

Once again this year, we were able to welcome almost all of our employees to one of our joint events in April. Our aim this time was to see the preliminary products created through our work in practical use. And where better and closer to realise this than in the show brewery of "Camba Bavaria" in Chiemgau.

2022

Trainee kick-off

This year we are looking forward to a new apprentice as an electronics technician specializing in automation technology!

Leonhard has already completed his school internship with us, in which he was once again encouraged in his career aspirations. Managing Director Helmut Heizinger and Workshop Manager Harald Kronseder warmly welcomed Leonhard to our family business and wish him a good start and much success in the working world.

Anniversary

Since May 2022, Mr. Bauer can look back on ten years of service with the company. Since then, Mr. Bauer has made a significant contribution to the company's success. Managing Director Helmut Heizinger congratulated him and thanked him very much for his commitment. Mr. Bauer is team leader of the project planning department and competent contact person for the customers located in Germany and abroad.
Together with his 15 colleagues he is a very important part in the family business HEI tec.automation Heizinger GmbH.

Girls' Day

This year, it was once again possible to immerse yourself in the world of automation technology at our company and, thanks to the help and support of our workshop colleagues, it was possible to familiarise yourself with part of the "electronics technician for automation technology" apprenticeship.

Team building! After not being able to do anything together for a long time, it was finally time again. We spent a great afternoon in the Jochen Schweizer Arena, with "flying lessons" in the wind tunnel and excellent catering. Many thanks to our entire team for an all-round wonderful day.

2021

HEI tec.automation worldwide

In August, a special switchgear left our premises and set off on a journey to the other side of the world - we are conquering Australia.

Girls' Day

Girls' Day is a day of action that takes place once a year to motivate girls and women to take up technical and scientific professions.

This year, girls were once again able to immerse themselves in the world of automation technology for industry and buildings at HEI tec.automation Heizinger GmbH.

With the help and support of their workshop colleagues, they were able to wire their own control cabinet and thus familiarise themselves with part of the "electronics technician for automation technology" apprenticeship.

2020

Anniversary

Recently, Mr. Schmidt was honored for ten years of service. Mr. Schmidt has been employed almost since the foundation of the company and is therefore a member of the team from the very beginning. Managing Director Helmut Heizinger congratulated him and thanked him very much for his commitment and for helping to build up the company. Mr. Schmidt is responsible for the development of the control systems and databases and is a very important part together with his 14 colleagues in the family business HEI tec.automation Heizinger GmbH.
