II. Collection and processing of personal data
Whenever our website is called up, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer. The following data is collected:
- the name of your Internet Service Provider
- the website from which you visit us
- the pages you visit on our site
- the amount of data transferred
- Internet Protocol Address (IP Address)
- Date and duration of visit
- Browser language

The collection, storage and evaluation of this data is for statistical purposes and to ensure system security. This data is collected anonymously and stored separately from all personal data. A consolidation does not take place. This processing operation has its legal basis in Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f) DS-GVO. The aforementioned purposes also represent our legitimate interests. The IP address collected in the course of this will be deleted immediately after anonymization, unless legal or other legal reasons entitle us to keep it for a longer period of time.
III. Cookies
HEI tec.automation Heizinger GmbH uses cookies on individual web pages in order to provide you with more individualized services. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your end device via the browser you use.
Cookies do not cause any damage to your end device, do not contain viruses, trojans or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie that is related to the specific terminal device used. This does not mean, however, that we obtain direct knowledge of your identity.
The use of cookies serves on the one hand to enable the use of our offer in the first place (technically necessary cookies), or to make it more pleasant for you (analysis and session cookies). Insofar as the processing is based on consent, you are entitled to special data protection rights (see below). The consent is revocable without giving reasons. The revocation must be sent informally to the address of the person responsible and does not affect the lawfulness of processing in the past.
The data processed by technically necessary cookies correspond to the data processed when the website is accessed (see above).
The retention period of technically necessary cookies runs until the next time you close your browser or one month (CookieBar Typo3). The retention period for analysis cookies is 14 months.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies.

IV. Use and disclosure of personal data and earmarking
All personal data collected, processed and used in the context of the use of our website and related services will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the applicable regulations for the protection of personal data, only for the purpose of contract implementation and to protect our own legitimate business interests with regard to the consultation and support of our customers and the needs-based product design. We use technical and organizational security measures to protect the data you provide against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons.
Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If the SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
